World Water Day - Film Screening - Blue Gold: World Water Wars 3 p.m., Innis Town Hall
Celebrate World Water Day 2009! Roots & Shoots Canada, in partnership with Rotary International, presents:
The award-winning film, Blue Gold: World Water Wars, based on the groundbreaking book Blue Gold by Maude Barlow and Tony Clarke.
Showtime 3:00 p.m. Sunday March 22, 2009
Innis Town Hall Theatre, 2 Sussex Avenue, University of Toronto
$5.00 admission, FREE Popcorn!
Tony Clarke will be at the screening to speak on water issues in Canada, and to host a panel discussion with representatives from local water organizations.
All profits will be shared between Roots & Shoots and Rotary for water and sanitation projects in the developing world.
