The Santa Claus Parade

The Parade takes place in the middle of November. Half a million people attend the parade every year.

The first one was held on December 2, 1905 sponsored by the Eaton's department store, with only one float.

It now has over 25 floats, 24 bands, and 1,700 people take part in the production.

The parade stretches to about 6 kilometres and parade watcher fill out both sides of the street all along the route.

It's among the biggest parades that take place in North America.
