Coffee Time is ubiquitous throughout the City. It is particularly prevalent in lower income neighbourhoods. You know that housing prices are going up if the Coffee Time gets taken over by the Second Cup or the Starbucks.
Some offer interesting items on their menus other than the coffee, donuts and sandwiches. It depends on the neighbourhood and the franchise owner as to what other things are offered.
Many have turned their smoking rooms into internet cafe's.
Some coffee shops look like Coffee Time, using the same red sign with yellow letters, some even use the same font, but these are not Coffee Time franchises. They include:
Coffee Tip no longer around, it's been replaced by Banjara Indian Cuisine (Bloor Street and Christie Street)
Coffee Lime 160 Floyd Avenue (Pape Avenue and Mortimer Avenue)
Coffee Together 1391 Weston Road (Weston Road and Jane Street)
Coffee Cup 181 Baldwin Street (Spadina Avenueand Dundas Street in Kensington Market)

2007-11-05 15:45:56 I never buy at Coffee Time anymore. They almost always mix up the Banana Creme donuts with the Lemon Creme ones. Also the donuts are often stale. —MikeK.
